A Pair of Baths
Two jewel-box bathrooms — one in deep green Venetian plaster, one in soft gray — built for an interior designer's own home.
Two rooms, one brief: hold up to a designer's eye, and to the long arc of being lived in.

Hand-troweled plaster, troweled twice. Patinaed brass against cool stone.

Dual onyx vessel sinks — one for each bath, chosen for the way light moves through the stone.

The rest of the home already belonged to a working designer; Le Jean Design's interiors have run through Architectural Digest, Clever, LivingEtc, and Apartment Therapy. What we built were the two rooms she wanted to feel like a slow exhale.
