Devello Inc provides a comprehensive platform offering AI-powered image editing and enhancement tools, business consulting services, construction services, software development, manufacturing services, and an e-commerce marketplace for windows, doors, mirrors, and related products. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered image editing tools (lighting adjustments, general editing, AI-assisted editing)
• Business consulting services (strategy, operations, leadership coaching)
• Construction and renovation services
• Software development services
• Manufacturing services (CNC, 3D printing, fabrication, etc.)
• E-commerce platform for architectural products

Services are provided on a subscription, pay-per-use, or project-based basis as specified in individual service agreements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit, including obtaining necessary permissions for images, designs, or proprietary information.

For consulting, construction, software development, and manufacturing services, work product and deliverables are subject to the terms specified in individual service agreements or contracts.

6. AI-Generated Content and Service Results

Our AI-powered image editing tools use artificial intelligence to enhance and edit images. AI-generated results are for creative and marketing purposes only and should not be considered as professional photography or architectural documentation. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific requirements.

For consulting, construction, software development, and manufacturing services, deliverables and outcomes are subject to the specifications and terms outlined in individual service agreements. We strive to meet agreed-upon specifications but cannot guarantee results beyond what is explicitly stated in service contracts.

7. Payment and Billing

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Software Services: Subscription fees and one-time purchases are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Consulting Services: Fees are typically billed per session or project as specified in service agreements. Payment terms and refund policies are outlined in individual consultation contracts.
• Construction & Manufacturing: Payment terms, deposits, and milestone payments are specified in project contracts and quotes.
• E-commerce Products: Payment is required at checkout. Refund and return policies are specified in individual product listings and shipping policies.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. For project-based services, pricing changes do not affect active contracts.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Service Availability
